For a convenience fee we offer two options for online payments. You can pay your bill by credit card or electronic check.

An electronic check works much like a regular check, only instead of using a paper check to provide your bank account, routing number and payment authorization; you provide the same information on the payment page. It’s a secure process that makes paying your bill simple.

Should a charge back from your financial institution be requested, or payment is returned for any reason including but not limited to cancellation, non-sufficient funds, or fraudulent transactions a $50.00 Charge Back Fee will be assessed on your utility account. NRM encourages and fully cooperates with law enforcement regarding fraudulent transactions. To make an online payment, enter your banking account information below. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

For a convenience fee, you may pay online through Officialpayments.com by using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ATM cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo. Should a charge back on your credit card be requested, a $50.00 Charge Back Fee will be assessed on your utility account.
